client’s target audiences has given us hugely valuable insights into the way people wish to interact with brands – not only face-to-face but across a range of channels.

We are unique in that we have the full complement of specialists in house, from brand consultants to architects, advertising specialists to exhibition designers, retail and digital specialists through to direct marketers and event producers.

This enables us to look at every problem from broader and more unexpected angles and means we literally build solutions from the ground up across all channels.

Martin Smith

Managing Director

Martin is at the helm of the great ship Force Four Creative. His experience on the other side of marketing communications, as well as over 10 years as a creative solutions provider allows Force Four to provide well researched, well managed and well measured communications, over many mediums.

Carol Soper

Accounts Co-ordinator

Carol is responsible for all our clients and suppliers accounts, making sure everyone gets paid, including us. Most of you probably know Carol anyway, but if you don't, there is one thing you should know - everyone loves our Carol!

Jason King

Technical Consultant

Jason is F4's Digital Guru, he is not only a creative designer but also an expert in all things digital, he previously worked for Apple Inc and is on the cutting edge of all things that involve design and technology, from Social Media Marketing, Augmented Reality, Amazon Cloud technology, Mobile Communications, Apple Store / Google Store publishing, Digital Signage via the Cloud, IT infrastructure, Retail IT deployment solutions, Video and Sound, Web and Print Design.

Camera shy Martyn and his ‘boys’ are responsible for the numerous permanent display and ambient branding installations for many of our clients, and to high acclaim. Favourite saying: “easy boys, nice ‘n steady”

Jeff Pallett

AV Manager

Jeff is a self-confessed tech-geek and we’re proud to have him on the team. Guru of all things AV (Audio Visual), Jeff ensures the sound, lighting and stage sets designed and produced by our conference & events team come to life. Supremely pedantic when it comes to getting it right and super-flexible when our clients have a ‘eureka’ moment, Jeff loves the adulation from clients and the big love-in at the end of an event. Favourite saying: “Job’s a fish” (apparently that means something in techy circles!)

Jo Hooley

Event Manager

Jo is the BIG SMILE on our events team and operates at the ‘coalface’ making sure our lovely clients and their delegates are super-relaxed and super-happy. Jo also manages the bespoke workshop facilitation – her infectious smile and can-do approach are loved by clients and colleagues alike.
